Job Description

Key deliverables:
Configure and maintain CRM systems to support business operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Monitor CRM performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Ensure data integrity by managing data imports, exports, and deduplication processes.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximise CRM system adoption.
Generate and analyse reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
Work closely with the Technology team to integrate CRM with other systems.
Stay updated on industry trends to recommend system improvements.

In a nutshell: Come in, fix the HubSpot setup, make the data trustworthy, get the sales and service teams following consistent processes,



and give leadership dashboards they can rely on.

The Successful Applicant

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, NetSuite ideally)
Strong experience creating Power BI dashboards
Solid technical skills, including CRM configuration and data management expertise.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience providing training and support to end-users.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in CRM technology.

What's on Offer
Daily rate: $700 - $800 AUD, depending on experience.
