Job Description
Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights and advice.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities.
Analyse performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare management reports and executive presentations.
Support strategic decisions through scenario and commercial analysis.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.
Educate and support non-finance stakeholders on financial matters.
Drive continuous improvement in reporting and finance processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Business Partner should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA) are preferred.
A demonstrated ability to be able to build deep relationships with key stakeholders and influence them.
Solid financial analysis and modelling skills.
Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in the Technology industry is a must.
