The Opportunity
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance of the business, with a robust focus on management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis.

You'll work closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, providing insight into business performance and helping identify opportunities to improve financial and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely monthly management reports, including analysis and commentary
Support the month-end close process, management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
Partner with key stakeholders to understand and analyse financial and operational performance
Assist with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting across P&L;, balance sheet and capital expenditure




Provide meaningful financial analysis and commentary to support decision-making
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline finance processes
Support effective purchase order and cost management across the business
Maintain strong internal controls and financial processes
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams
Contribute to broader finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You
CA/CPA qualification, or be working towards this
Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar commercial accounting role
Solid management reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience
Excellent Excel skills
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive approach to process improvement
The ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player
A genuine interest in understanding the commercial and operational side of a business
