Lead and Manage the entire marketing strategy for ANZ | Broad generalist role

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage and look after the entire marketing and brand strategy for all of Australia. It's a strategic and hands on role where you will manage end to end ATL and BTL campaigns (TV, Radio, Digital, Social & Print) and post-campaign analysis. You will also look after all marketing campaigns for recent and exciting products as well as key promotional campaigns.

The responsibilities
Own and manage end to end brand and product marketing activities across ATL, BTL, Digital and Social including POP and all instore communications including recent menu items
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders including NPD, supply chain, restaurants, marketing, digital and analytics as well as agency relationships
Continuously assess and analyse campaign effectiveness, what is working and not working with a test and learn methodology including menu analysis
Manage nominated communications and New Product Development (NPD) project launches





What you need to be successful
A delicious attitude and hungry mindset balancing a nurturing and collaborative approach to hitting key business and brand objectives
A proven track record as a generalist Marketing Manager looking for a tasty new challenge
A background in FMCG/QSR/Food/Retail or B2C Product/Consumer durables/electronics/automotive, skilled in building a brand strategy and using insights to manage NPD
An adaptable and flexible nature and ability to influence key stakeholders to enjoy positive business outcomes
