We are now seeking a Property Manager; a pivotal role to ensuring excellence in the management of our existing rental portfolio.

The Role: Full Time (Mon-Fri + occasional weekend and after-hours as needed)

Property Management / Client Relations:
Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, inspections, repairs, arrears, and tenant screening.
Be the key contact for landlords and tenants, delivering explicit communication and professional service.
Provide accurate financial reporting to owners.

About You:




QLD Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration.
Proven experience in property management or leasing (2+ years preferred).
Excellent communication and relationship-building capability.
Target-driven with strong organisational skills.
Confident with property software, CRMs, and digital tools.
Local knowledge and a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
