Job Description
As a Disability Support Worker, working within Learning Day Program, you'll provide person-centred support that empowers people with disability to build independence, confidence and connection. You'll be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about the people we support - and about each other.

What we're looking for

A caring, patient and respectful approach
/n
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
/n
Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
/n
Availability to work a range of casual shifts at the learning and lifestyle program
/n
A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous but not required
/n/n
You will be required to hold or willing to obtain
/n
/n
Working with Children Check
/n
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
/n
First Aid & CPR Certification
/n
National Criminal History Check (Police Check)
/n/n
