About the Role
Lead fundraising strategy across major gifts, grants, appeals, community, corporate, bequests and retail
Drive sustainable income growth and strengthen donor engagement
Partner with internal leaders and external supporters to maximise philanthropic impact
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and refine the fundraising strategy
Grow income across major gifts, appeals, grants and partnerships
Lead donor stewardship, engagement and retention
Oversee grants (trusts/foundations) and bequests
Support community fundraising and corporate partners
Report on performance, KPIs and opportunities
Own CRM, donor data and fundraising systems
Provide oversight of retail fundraising operations
About You
Leadership experience across multi‐stream fundraising




Revenue growth track record and target achievement
Strong donor, partner and stakeholder engagement skills
Grants, appeals, donor program experience and CRM capability
Clear communicator with strong planning and organisation
Collaborative leader who can influence across complexity
