What You'll Be Doing:
Manage refurbishment & expansion projects from concept to completion
Work closely with stakeholders to develop project scope & design
Handle permits & approvals, liaising with local authorities
Control budgets & financial planning to keep projects on track
Oversee construction & contractor management, ensuring high standards




Identify risks & implement solutions to keep things running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
Experience managingsmall to medium-scale projects
Strong understanding ofdevelopment, construction & fit-outs
Financial acumen & ability tocontrol budgets autonomously
Exceptionalproblem-solving & communication skills
Hospitality or retail project experience(bonus points!)
Willingness totravel interstate for projects
Qualifications:Tertiary qualificationin Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
