The hotel features 2,781 square metres of sophisticated conference and event space set across two levels, positioning it as one of the city's most striking destinations for meetings and events.
At its centre is the Grand Ballroom—an architectural showpiece featuring seven‐metre‐high ceilings, twelve sculptural chandeliers, and a dramatic floor‐to‐ceiling feature window.
With ten versatile event rooms, seven dedicated breakout spaces, and capacity for up to 958 guests, the property provides a dynamic and flexible environment for conferences, celebrations, and high‐profile gatherings in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and supervise the preparation of event & meeting spaces, tending bar and serving platters of food.
Support Food and Beverage operations during times when there is limited or no Event activity
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
Supervise the execution of event arrangements to exceed guest expectations
Supervise food and beverage venue operations and help lead the service team when there is limited or no event activity.
Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence throughout each guest interaction
Lead the banquets team with support of the Director of Events, Banquets Manager and Assistant Banquets Manager.




Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to your department's Ladies and Gentlemen
Plan and execute team building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets
