Role Overview
Delivery Manager responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards while managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project delivery lifecycle from initiation to production deployment
Develop and execute delivery plans, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project stakeholders
Lead multi-disciplinary teams and ensure alignment of deliverables
Conduct stakeholder workshops to validate requirements and solutions
Oversee release planning, estimation, and risk management




Provide technical and strategic guidance across project phases
Ensure proper documentation of decisions, architecture, and delivery outputs
Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in delivery management
Strong experience in
Agile (Scrum) and project execution
Experience managing
software and infrastructure delivery
Proficiency with tools like
Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO)
Knowledge of
estimation techniques (Function Point, T-shirt sizing)
Robust stakeholder management and leadership skills
Additional Requirement
Ability to obtain/hold required security clearance (Baseline)
