Lead two luxury multi-residential developments from DA through delivery
Autonomous, client-side role reporting directly to overseas based Director
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Development Manager / Project Manager to deliver two premium residential developments in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
Our client is a boutique, design-led residential developer delivering high-end, architecturally crafted multi-residential projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
They are now seeking aDevelopment Manager /Senior Project Managerto oversee two key developments in the Eastern Suburbs.
The role will suit a highly experienced and proactive project professional who can represent the owners' best interests locally, operating with full autonomy while maintaining close communication with the overseas-based Director.
Current projects include:
A luxury 6-storey apartment building, currently at DA design stage
A boutique apartment project, progressing through DA for additional levels and revised mix
The ideal candidate will have a robust background inclient-side or developer-side project management, ideally within theluxury multi-residentialormixed-usespace, and be comfortable managing projects through every stage of the lifecycle – from design and DA coordination through to procurement and construction delivery.
The ideal candidate will have:
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Property or similar
8–12+ years' experience in project management, ideally within luxury multi-residential projects




Proven experience delivering projects from DA through to completion, including design coordination and cost control
Strong commercial and contractual understanding with excellent attention to detail
Ability to liaise effectively with architects, consultants, and contractors
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
Contract & Remuneration:
2-year fixed-term contract (potentially longer if development pipeline expands)
Up to circa $200,000 total package (inclusive of superannuation)
Up to 20% performance bonus based on cost, time, and quality outcomes
