Role:

Become a valuable member of our clients Commercial Team, working closely with the Head of Department on various tasks, including:
n
n
Negotiating and finalising business transactions like leases, asset sales, and share purchases.
n
Drafting contracts, leases, and other commercial agreements.
n
Liaising with clients,



legal professionals, and third parties.
n
Conducting legal research and compiling briefs for counsel.
n
n
