Contract Logistics Supervisor (Warehouse)

The Contract Logistics Supervisor (Warehouse) plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of warehouse operations while supporting onsite contract managers within a multi-customer site.
n
This is a hands‐on, flexible role that sits between operations and customer delivery: ideal for someone who can lead on the floor while also understanding customer requirements, service levels, and operational performance.
n
You will work closely with both warehouse teams and customer stakeholders to ensure service excellence, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement across operations.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
n
Act as a key operational contact for assigned customer accounts, supporting service delivery and issue resolution.
n
Manage shift manpower including planning, allocation, and performance oversight.
n
Drive performance against KPIs including productivity, quality, and service levels.
n
Support customer requirements by ensuring operational execution aligns with agreed service levels.
n
Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating where required to ensure minimal disruption.
n
Conduct daily briefings to align teams on priorities, safety, and customer expectations.
n
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, QSHE, and operational standards.
n




Support continuous improvement initiatives across both operations and customer processes.
n

Requirements
n
n
3-5 years of experience in contract logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
n
Experience in a supervisory, team leader, or senior operational role is preferred.
n
Solid understanding of warehouse operations, KPI management, and service delivery.
n
Exposure to customer‐facing responsibilities or account support is advantageous.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Hands‐on, proactive mindset with the ability to work both operationally and strategically.
n
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
