What You'll Be Doing
Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers
Deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Work closely with our sales and operations teams to provide tailored solar solutions
Stay ahead of the game by gathering market insights and competitor intel
What We're Looking For
You're not just a people person — you're a problem solver, a relationship builder, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
1–2 years' experience in a customer-facing role (sales/account management ideal)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident negotiator with a knack for solving challenges
Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Understanding of solar products
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
A tertiary qualification in business, marketing or renewable energy is a bonus
