About the Role
We are seeking a
high-performing

Operations Supervisor
to oversee the
fast-paced

dynamic
daily activities of our operations team in
Jandakot
. This role includes being
on-call every second week (24/7)
. You will be responsible for
daily run allocation
,
performance monitoring
,
safety and compliance
, and providing
strong leadership
,
support
, and
guidance
to staff while maintaining
excellent customer service
.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily job allocation
, ensuring drivers, routes, and vehicles are scheduled accurately and efficiently
Manage and monitor subcontractors
, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and service quality
Oversee day-to-day collection and recycling operations, maintaining strict
safety
,
service standards
, and
environmental compliance
Conduct end-of-day
debriefs
, monitor timelines and breaks, and ensure all routes are completed as scheduled
Stay
across all daily operations
, proactively resolving issues and supporting drivers to keep services running smoothly
Support driver
inductions, training, and development
Manage operational reporting, assist with
incident follow-ups
, and coordinate
vehicle maintenance
with the workshop
What You'll Bring
Supervisory or leadership experience
in operations, logistics, or fleet management




Strong skills in
scheduling, dispatch, and resource planning
Excellent communication and a
customer-first mindset
Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a
fast-paced environment
Proactive, solution-focused

administration and reporting skills
Microsoft Office
Waste industry experience highly regarded
