The Role

As ourPeople Experience Coordinator, you'll help keep the recruitment process running smoothly, deliver a excellent candidate experience and support new employees through their onboarding journey, while proudly representing the Ingenia brand every step of the way!
Key Responsibilities
Support hiring managers by coordinating recruitment requests and posting job ads through our recruitment system
Take ownership of onboarding, prepare employment contracts, follow up on paperwork, and help new hires settle in smoothly
Be the go-to person for all things onboarding, compliance checks, and employee background requirements
Help celebrate our people by managing service awards, spot rewards, and recognition moments
Learn the ropes of junior recruitment through hands-on experience, ongoing support from your wider HR team, and the chance to grow with the role!
About You
A HR (or similar)



degree is preferred.
Some exposure to Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is advantageous, but is definitely not essential
Confident communicator with strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office experience
Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle priorities with ease
Positive, proactive team player who is eager to learn and grow
