We're seeking anExperienced Full-Time Head Nurseto lead our nursing team and support our busy veterinarians.
You'll play a key role in shaping clinic culture, fostering team growth, and ensuring our clinical standards remain exceptional.
In this full‐time role, you will:
Lead,



coach and mentor our Vet Nurse team
Build and maintain a positive, cohesive and motivated team culture
Manage daily workflow and support a high‐functioning clinical team
Undertake general nursing tasks, including pre and post‐operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical care
Take initiative to enhance clinic efficiency and operations
Work collaboratively with our veterinary team to maintain gold‐standard patient care
Handle client enquiries professionally in person, over email and over the phone
What we're looking for:
Cert IV qualified in Veterinary Nursingwith3+ years clinical experience
Experienced in coaching, mentoring and developing nursing teams
A strong, supportive leader who motivates others
Calm, friendly and confident in a busy clinical environment
Excellent in communication and customer service
Flexible, adaptable and cooperative
Organised, proactive and committed to high standards
Familiar with RxWorks (desirable but not essential)
