About the Role
This is a key leadership position where you'll oversee the performance of multiple retail sites within the Greater Melbourne region.
You'll drive strategic and operational success, lead high-performing teams, and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional store standards.
Reporting to a very high performing Regional Director, this role requires a balance of hands‐on operational leadership and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee 4-6 retail sites across Melbourne and Western suburbs and surrounding areas
Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve KPIs across sales, service, and compliance
Implement and maintain high operational standards across all locations
Analyse store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Drive recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning within the region
Manage budgets through rostering




Act as a key liaison between head office and frontline teams to ensure strategic alignment
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a management position in a customer facing setting including retail, QSR, FMCG or leisure.
Strong people leadership and coaching skills including performance management.
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong commercial and financial acumen
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges
Flexibility to travel regularly across the region
