This role is located at our processing site in Casino, NSW and requires daily on-site presence.

We specialise in the production ofhigh-quality bulk dairy ingredientssupplied to international markets across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.
About the role
Responsibilities
Leadproduct development projectsacross dairy powders, dairy protein concentrates, frozen dairy products and other dairy ingredient categories.
Manage thetechnical pipelinefrom concept through scale-up and commercialisation.
Ensure all current products comply withinternational food safety, quality, and export regulations.
Conductproduct testing, formulation adjustments, nutritional analysis, and performance evaluations.
Work closely withProduction, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Export teamsto deliver customer-focused solutions.
Maintain strong awareness ofglobal dairy market trendsand customer specifications.
Optimise processes to improve yield, consistency, and product performance in line with customer requirements.
Qualifications




A degree inFood Science, Food Technology, or Dairy Science(or related discipline).
3–5+ years of experience indairy or food ingredient product development, ideally within a manufacturing/export environment.
Knowledge ofdairy processing, formulation, and quality systems.
Strong understanding ofexport compliance and international customer requirements.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial solutions for overseas markets.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
