MacKillop Family Services in West Perth, WA invites applications for an Out of Home Care Case Manager.
This full time, on-site role supports children in foster care, works within OOHC teams, and helps recruit and train foster carers.
The position reports to the OOHC Coordinator and is aligned with trauma-informed care and Sanctuary Model.
The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Social Work or equivalent, have OOHC case work experience, and demonstrate sensitivity to Aboriginal
