This is a permanent full time role (Mon-Fri) focused on delivering engaging lifestyle programs that enhance residents' wellbeing and sense of home.
You will develop social, emotional, and spiritual activities, coordinate group events on-site and in the local community, and work with a multidisciplinary team to tailor care plans and goals for residents.
