Overview
We're seeking a highly skilledSenior Functional Consultantwith deep expertise inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically across theMarketing and Customer Insights modules.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the optimisation and expansion of real-time journeys and event planning capabilities within a Federal Government environment.
Base pay range
A$******/hr - A$******/hr
Key Responsibilities
Lead the expansion ofReal-time JourneysandEvent Planningmodules, including configuration optimisation, feature implementation, and solution documentation.
Advise on the configuration ofsecurity roles,permissions, andcustomer engagement settings, including theCustomer Insights connector.
Collaborate with internal teams to support the development ofnurture activities,trigger-based marketing,campaigns, andcontent personalisation.
Provide guidance on implementingbrand and compliance profiles,preference centres, andconsent management.
Optimise theEvent Planning module, includingPower Pages event portal configuration, and development of marketing/event forms and templates.
Offertechnical support and guidanceto upskill internal teams throughout the optimisation process.
Skills & Experience Required
Tertiary qualifications in an ICT-related field or relevantMicrosoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
Proven experience using and configuring features acrossMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys and Data products.
Demonstrated experience implementing and optimisingReal-time JourneysandEvent Planning modulesto support marketing and event automation.
Solid understanding ofmarketing tacticsand the technical solutions that support them.
Technical proficiency inCRM systemsand related technologies,



including experience indata migration projects.
Knowledge ofAustralian privacy lawsanddata protection regulations.
Familiarity withgovernment IT systems and processes.
Eligibility
Due to the nature of the work,only Australian Citizens with an Active Baseline Clearancewill be considered.
