The Chance
We have an opportunity for a diligent 1st or 2nd year Lawyer to join our property team in our Liverpool office. The candidate has a keen interest in this area of law and opportunities for progression within our growing practice.

Effective time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and tight deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Assist Partners/Lawyers with managing purchase/sale matters from engagement to settlement
Work on corporate and domestic conveyancing matters
Liaise with clients, real estate agents and other law firms regarding negotiation,



exchange and settlement
Prepare handover memos to the conveyancer handling the matter
Draft ancillary property documents under the supervision of the Partner/Lawyer
Draft Contract Special Conditions under the supervision of the Partner/Lawyer
Draft appropriate Deeds under the supervision of the Partner/Lawyer
Draft relevant licenses, lease backs and other relevant documents
