We are seeking a skilled and compassionate psychologist to join our clients growing team in
Western Sydney
. This clinic specialises in
phobia-focused therapy
, integrating traditional psychological approaches with the latest in immersive VR technology to help clients face and overcome their fears in a safe, controlled environment.

Your Role:
As a Registered Psychologist, you will:
Deliver
specialist treatment for phobias
using a blend of traditional and VR-enhanced exposure therapies.
Provide tailored, evidence-based interventions to clients from various funding backgrounds.
Maintain a strong therapeutic alliance and focus on
person-centred care
.
Collaborate with a clinical team to continuously enhance client outcomes.
About You:
Fully registered with AHPRA as a
Psychologist
(clinical endorsement highly regarded but not essential).




Experience or strong interest in treating
phobias and anxiety disorders
.
Comfortable using or learning to use
Virtual Reality technology
as part of treatment.
Skilled in delivering a range of therapeutic modalities.
Empathetic, driven, and committed to making a real difference.
