Qualifications

Agile Delivery Expertise:Proficient in Agile/SCRUM methodologies for iterative and collaborative project execution.
System Troubleshooting & Support:Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in enterprise HCM platforms.
Configuration & Integration:Experience configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules and integrating with middleware and APIs.
Incident Management:Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g.,



ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Jira) and BAU support processes.
Data Analysis & Validation:Skilled in validating data flows, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring data quality.
