Key Responsibilities for This Role
Help our customers in addressing their business challenges – by first understanding them thought intelligent listening and building trust
At times, assist Sales, SEs and partners to drive sales across multiple geographies beyond the country of operation
Interpreting the customers pain points/business needs, and portraying this through a product demonstration
Managing POC's and classroom pilots
Working with A&C; to support the product education of our strategic partners
Building 're useable' libraries of demo configurations to support customer engagements globally, sharing and collaborating with your colleague enabling scale at pace
RFP responses, answered with a solution orientated 'sales slant' – not just matter of fact
Managing architectural/integration discussions with the customer – where solution fits and why
Stitching together other internal and external solutions (such as Salesforce) to meet the single need of the customer




Handing off the customers' requirements to service delivery at the point of contract closure ensuring smooth transition
Promoting the global technical activities and customer engagements/experiences – ensuring that global experiences are well documented and understood
Building credibility and trust with the customer and partner
This is a sales role within the quota bearing hat – working hand in hand with the Sales Rep who runs and manages the sales cycle
Experience/skills needed
Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science or similar
Experience as a Solutions Engineers, presales, consultant, developer or architect in on or multiple business applications:
ERP
CRM
CPQ
Very good understanding of Cloud solutions & market trends
Fluent English is required, fluent in other languages would be an advantage
Experience in customer facing activities (consulting or SE)

A self-starter and who is prepared to multi task – not reliant on heavy support mechanisms
