The Clermont Multi-Purpose Health Service is seeking applications for a Clinical Nurse (Aged Care) to join their team on a permanent basis.
n
Your opportunity

The Clinical Nurse provides management and co-ordination of comprehensive care through leadership and support of staff to develop qualified standards of practice in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards, Organisational values and goals.
n
The Clinical Nurse provides advanced level clinical skills to ensure Resident-focused evidence-based nursing care, plans and coordinates the clinical management of Resident/Patient care within Clermont MPHS.

About The Team
n
Clermont MPHS is a 32-bed facility that has recently consolidated from two sites to one.



The facility comprises 10 x acute inpatient beds and 22 x aged care beds in Montcler. Current services include Aged Care, Accident & Emergency (A&E;) services, inpatient services, Community Health and Allied Health outpatient clinics and the Community Home Support Program (CHSP).
