Our client is a well‐established commercial builder seeking an experienced
Contract Project Manager
to deliver a range of
fit‐out and refurbishment projects
with a strong focus on
education and university environments
.
This role suits a Project Manager who is confident dealing directly with clients and stakeholders, and who enjoys working in live, operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
End‐to‐end delivery of fit‐out and refurbishment projects
Managing programs, budgets, and subcontractors
Coordinating consultants, suppliers, and site teams
Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
About You




Proven experience as a Project Manager within fit‐out and refurbishment
Education / university project experience highly desirable
Strong client‐facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercially astute, organised, and hands‐on
