We're hiring aRetail Technology Assistantto help onboard stores to our loyalty program, integrate POS systems, and support retail technology operations.
What You'll DoLead store onboarding– Set up and integrate new stores into our loyalty system.
Manage POS & API integrations– Ensure smooth connections between systems and troubleshoot issues.
Work with vendors– Oversee IT aspects of vendor onboarding and manage timelines.
Support & problem-solve– Identify and fix technical issues quickly.
Bridge the gap–Communicate clearly and confidentlywith both technical and non-technical teams.
Document & improve– Maintain clear technical guides and suggest system improvements.
What You'll NeedExperience intechnology support, integrations, or a similar role.
Understanding ofAPIs, POS systems, and app development processes.




Strong communication skills– Able to explain technical details in simple terms.
Problem-solving and project management skills– Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability towork independentlyand take ownership of tasks.
Experience creating and maintainingtechnical documentation.
