About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Pick Packer / Freight Handler to join our team on a part-time basis at our Beresfield Warehouse. This role is ideal for someone looking for afternoon work, such as a student or anyone who enjoys a sleep-in and starting later in the day.
n
You'll be working in a fast-paced freight environment assisting with the efficient movement and organisation of transport freight.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Sorting and handling freight
n
Loading and unloading rigid vehicles
n
Picking and packing freight for dispatch
n
General warehouse housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment
n
Assisting with the smooth flow of freight through the depot
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n




Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
n
Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
n
Reliable with a strong work ethic
n
Basic geographical knowledge of the Australian East Coast would be beneficial
n
Drivers licence and reliable transport (no public transport locally available)
n
Ability to lift and move freight safely
n
