About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced
Salesforce Integration Lead
to guide the design and delivery of integration‐focused Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, microservices‐driven environments and can lead technical delivery with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce integrations across enterprise systems.
Provide technical leadership across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud projects.
Oversee integration patterns, API design, and data flow across microservices‐based architectures.
Support full‐cycle Salesforce implementations, including greenfield programs.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure solutions.




Guide teams on best practices for integration, performance, and system reliability.
Must‐Have Experience
5+ years
in a Salesforce technical lead role across
Service Cloud
and
Experience Cloud
.
Solid experience designing and delivering
Salesforce integrations
in
integration‐heavy, microservices‐driven enterprises
.
At least
one full‐cycle Salesforce implementation
, ideally
greenfield
, on
Financial Services Cloud
.
Experience working with and implementing
credit decisioning systems
.
Background in the
asset finance sector
is preferred.
