Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Sales Associate role based in the Greater Darwin Area. The Sales Associate will engage directly with clients, assist with property sales and purchases, manage leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include researching and marketing real estate opportunities, participating in property viewings, and providing personalized support to clients during the buying or selling process.



The role also involves achieving sales targets and contributing to the team's overall growth and success.
Qualifications
Sales, negotiation, and client relationship skills to effectively connect with customers and close deals
Proficiency in market research, property valuation, and understanding local real estate trends
Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and marketing materials
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
A professional demeanor, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach
Experience in the real estate industry or a similar sales-driven field is advantageous
A valid real estate certification or license (or willingness to obtain one) in compliance with local regulations
