Overview
The Product + Operations coordinator will help both customers and internal team operate smoothly day-to-day. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys combining problem-solving, communication and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining product listings in NetSuite and Shopify
Updating specifications, pricing and product imagery
Coordinating with suppliers to obtain product information, samples and swatches
Monitoring freight updates and ETA changes
Assisting with workflow improvements and process efficiencies, including the use of AI and automation tools
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Assisting with product, stock, specification and lead time questions




Help to manage events and showroom bookings
Promotions: helping to coordinate the delivery and returns of prizes
Liaising with the warehouse team regarding deliveries and dispatches
Qualifications
1+ years' experience in a similar role
Ideal industry experience across Retail, Homewares, Lifestyle
Solid organisational and administrative skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working with systems and technology
Interest in AI, automation and improving workflows is welcomed
