Role Overview:
n
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers to provide in-home and community-based care for NDIS and aged care clients. You will be assisting with personal care, social engagement, domestic tasks, and promoting well-being.
n
Mandatory Requirements:
n
n
Current Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability (or equivalent)
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
n
Current National Police Clearance
n
First Aid Certificate
n
CPR Certification
n
Manual Handling / Humanization History Training
n




Infection Control and Prevention Certificate
n
Unrestricted SA Driver's License and reliable vehicle
n
n
Key Duties:
n
n
Personal care (showering, grooming, toileting)
n
Domestic tasks (laundry, meal prep, light cleaning)
n
Social support and transport to appointments
n
Following participant care plans and reporting notes
n
Promoting independence and community participation
n
n
