ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:
We are looking for a
Store Manager
to lead the team at our
NEW Armidale store
, opening at the
end of June
with a mid-June start.
This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced retail leader who is passionate about fashion and ready to take the next step in their career. You'll be empowered to lead store operations end-to-end while enjoying a
rotating roster
that guarantees
every second weekend off
.
We support your journey with a full induction and ongoing development to help you thrive in your role.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Collaborate with your team to drive store sales and achieve targets
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personal styling advice and service
Mentor and motivate your team to enhance their performance and engagement
Organise and manage stock, inventory, and visual merchandising
Cost and manage monthly rosters in line with allocated budgets




Elevate merchandising standards to maintain the premium look and feel of the store
Support and run events including morning teas and fashion shows to connect with the community and build brand awareness
ABOUT YOU:
You'll be a great fit if you have:
Prior experience in retail leadership or store management
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Strong team leadership and mentoring capabilities
Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
Confidence in using Microsoft Office, POS, and EFTPOS systems
A passion for fashion and making people feel outstanding
