Job Description
MercSec seeks a Manager of Access Governance within IAM to lead a geographically distributed team of security experts. You will define governance strategy, ensure compliant access across identity models, and drive risk reduction while developing leaders and ICs into a cohesive unit.

You will work with Security Leadership to align goals across Engineering, Legal, Operations, and HR, managing rapid growth and evolving priorities in a complex security setting.
