Casual Leasing Consultant
to support our property management team across Victoria. This role is ideal for someone looking for adaptable, part-time work or for professionals wanting to re-enter the residential property or leasing space.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth property inspections and maintaining high service standards for tenants, owners, and agents.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
open homes and property inspections
Complete
ingoing and outgoing condition reports
with accuracy
Carry out
routine inspections
in line with compliance requirements
Coordinate
key collection and handovers
between agents, tenants, and property owners
Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders
Ensure all activities comply with




Victorian residential tenancy legislation
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in
residential leasing or property management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with property management systems such as:
PropertyMe
Inspection Express
Valid
driver's licence
and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)
