n
A collaborative and supportive leadership style with the ability to coach and develop others
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
The ability to investigate issues, solve problems and confidently make decisions
n
A continuous improvement mindset and an interest in making payroll processes better, not simply maintaining the status quo
n
Experience with Micropay and/or ConnX would be highly regarded
n
n
What's On Offer?
n
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Team Leader, Payroll Supervisor or 2IC who is ready to step into a broader leadership role, or an established Assistant Payroll Manager looking for a role where they can have genuine impact.

n
Permanent full-time opportunity
n
North Parramatta location with onsite parking
n
Hybrid working with 1 day WFH after probation
n
Newly created position with genuine scope to influence the payroll function
