The Prospect
Seeking a
Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist
to join our growing team. Open to
new graduates and experienced clinicians
, with supervision and mentoring from a Director with
15+ years' experience as an Exercise Physiologist
.
Caseload & Locations
South of the River
Approximately
50% NDIS
, with the remainder a mix of
Medicare, DVA, Workers Compensation, and private clients
Combination of
community and clinic‐based work
Suitable for Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists
North of the River
Joondalup:
Predominantly private caseload with a strong focus on
spinal rehabilitation
Warwick:
More mixed caseload
Preferably
full‐time

$70,000–$80,000 + super + PD allowance + bonus

What's on Offer
Salary range:
$70,000–$100,000
, depending on experience and discipline
17% annual leave loading
on top of base salary
Bonus structure available for clinicians who meet individual billable thresholds
Not KPI‐heavy
– quality of care and meaningful client outcomes are prioritised
Strong administrative support, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical work
Visa sponsorship considered
for suitable candidates
Onboarding & Support
Structured onboarding with up to
4 weeks with no caseload
Shadowing, systems training, and supported ramp‐up
Ongoing supervision and mentoring, particularly for new graduates
About You
AHPRA‐registered
Physiotherapist
or
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Open to
new graduates
and experienced clinicians
Robust communication skills and a collaborative approach
Comfortable working across clinic and community settings
