Join HUB24 as an Administration Services Officer and play a key role in delivering exceptional service and operational support across our Product Administration team.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data,
and building strong relationships in a fast-paced financial services environment.

You'll be responsible for a broad range of administration activities that support client outcomes, tax reporting, data integrity, and platform operations, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that help drive service excellence across the business.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Deliver outstanding service and act as a key point of contact for Product Administration enquiries.
n
Prepare and manage client correspondence and account maintenance requests.
n
Investigate, resolve and elevate operational issues in a timely manner.
n
Reconstruct historical cost base information to support CGT reporting requirements.
n
Analyse and interpret complex data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
n
Support quarterly and annual tax reporting processes and liaise with external providers.
n
Calculate and process client-facing and platform service fees.
n
Manage account closures and support MDA compliance, monitoring and reversion activities.
n
Partner with Reconciliations and Corporate Actions teams to ensure data integrity and service quality.
n
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, risk management activities and regulatory compliance obligations.

What you bring

Experience & Skills
n

Experience within the financial services industry.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and investigate issues.
n
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
n
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
n
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
n
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence.
n
n
Desirable:
n
n
Understanding of Corporate Actions and their impact on cost bases.
n
Knowledge of various asset classes and portfolio reconstruction.
n
Experience using Iress IPS.
n
n
