Job Description
Responsibilities - Assist Technician: Support senior technician with preparing automotive plastic components for repair.
Learn Repair Techniques:
Undergo intensive training in plastic welding, reshaping, smoothing, and bumper repairs.
Tool Maintenance: Maintain, clean, and safely operate specialized plastic repair tools and workshop equipment.
Quality Control: Inspect finished components to ensure repairs meet strict company and safety standards.
Mobile Operations: Travel to various automotive collision centers and dealerships around the Smithfield area., Career Progression: Transparent pathways to advance into a fully qualified Automotive Plastic Technician role.
All Training & Tools Provided: Access to modern, specialized tools and required personal protective equipment (PPE).
