, delivering high-end single and double-storey homes across Perth.
They're genuinely open to
part-time or full-time
for the right person. This is a great opportunity for an experienced residential Draftsperson looking for greater flexibility while remaining part of an established builder.
For a part-time role, it would be




fully office-based, minimum 3 days per week
, working alongside a Draftsperson and the wider construction team.
The Role
Design bespoke custom homes based on client briefs
Produce concept plans and
full working drawings in ArchiCAD
Work through the design and build process with the construction team
Mentor and support the existing Draftsperson

About You
Previous experience with a new/custom home builder – essential
Strong
ArchiCAD
and full working drawing experience
Experience drafting
single and double-storey homes
Able to mentor and support another Draftsperson
Full Australian working rights
