The Bell/Garage Attendant reports to the Guest Services Manager and is responsible for providing a memorable arrival experience and ensuring a seamless departure for guests during overnight hours.
What You Will Do
Greet arriving guests during overnight hours and assist with luggage handling and room escorting
Provide valet parking services when required, ensuring safe and efficient vehicle handling
Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and hotel entrance overnight
Deliver guest amenities and handle messages with accuracy and discretion
Support hotel security by monitoring guest areas and reporting unusual activity
Assist guests with transportation needs, directions, and overnight concierge requests
Coordinate luggage pulls for early morning departures and prepare for peak guest movement
Liaise with Front Office and Security teams to support smooth overnight operations
Uphold Four Seasons standards of service with professionalism and warmth
What You Bring




Previous experience in a guest‐facing hospitality or customer service role preferred
Valid Australian driver's license
Physically able to lift and move luggage up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Solid communication skills and a guest‐first attitude
Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Driver's licence that allows you to drive in NSW and confidence in driving all types of vehicles
