What you'll be doing
Take ownership of admin and coordination tasks sent to you by the P&C; team, prioritising and completing them efficiently.
Coordinate administration across the entire employee journey from onboarding and contracts through to parental leave, visa sponsorship, compliance, and offboarding.
Keep our employee records accurate and up to date.
Support key people initiatives, including wellbeing programs, learning experiences, and leadership capability.
Provide coordination support to our Chief People Officer and the wider P&C; team.
About you
We're looking for someone who's as passionate about people as we are. You'll bring:
Previous admin or HR/P&C; experience.
A positive, can-do attitude and plenty of initiative.
Strong organisational skills (you love juggling competing priorities).
Great communication skills you're confident connecting with people at all levels.
Tech-savviness,
especially with Office 365 (HRIS experience is a bonus!)
