Restaurant Associates are a team of world class hospitality and fine-cuisine professionals, delivering contemporary food solutions and service across leading corporations and iconic venues all across Australia.
We are seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to Sous Chef level professional to join our casual relief team for a Restaurant Associates Corporate CBD venue.
The shifts are primarily Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 4:00pm, with occasional evening shifts required to support events and business needs.
THE POSITION
Deliver high-quality food production and service in a fast-paced corporate environment
Support daily kitchen operations and maintain exceptional food standards
Lead and mentor kitchen team members during service periods
Assist with menu execution, food preparation and event catering
Maintain food safety,



allergen management and WHS compliance standards
Support stock control, ordering, wastage management and kitchen efficiency
Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture
THE PERSON
Trade qualified Chef
Minimum 3 years' experience at
Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef level
Proven experience in high-volume catering is essential
Experience within corporate catering, large-scale hospitality operations or premium dining environments
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different teams, services and operational requirements
Experience leading kitchen teams during busy service periods
Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Flexibility to work on a casual, as-needed basis
