OSHC Educator | Panania
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children?
We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated OSHC Educator to join our growing team in Panania and help create engaging, fun, and enriching experiences for children before and after school.
As an OSHC Educator, you'll play a key role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive through play-based experiences, creative activities, and meaningful connections.
What You'll Be Doing
Supervise and engage children aged 5-12 years in before and after school care programs
Plan and facilitate exciting activities including arts and crafts, STEM experiences, sports, group games, and creative play
Support children's social, emotional, and physical development
Create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment where every child feels valued
Build strong relationships with children, families, school staff, and fellow educators
Assist with daily routines, meal supervision, and program delivery
Support children from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs
Maintain documentation and records in line with service requirements
Follow all child safety, safeguarding, and compliance procedures
Support the daily operation of the service and step into Responsible Person duties when required
Contribute positively to team culture and mentor less experienced educators where appropriate




About You
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Education Support, or a related qualification
Diploma qualification highly regarded
Minimum 2 years' experience working with school-aged children, ideally within OSHC
Previous leadership experience as a Lead Educator, Responsible Person, Room Leader, or similar is highly desirable
Experience delivering engaging sports, recreational, arts, and creative programs
Robust understanding of child development and educational programming
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work collaboratively while confidently taking initiative
Current Working With Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
