Are you an organised, detail-focused Administrator whoenjoys keeping systems, records and processes running smoothly?
GowrieVictoria is seeking a People & Culture Administrator to provide accurate,timely and confidential support across our People & Culture function.
At Gowrie Victoria, we are passionate about championing excellence in EarlyChildhood Education and Care.
This role will play an important part insupporting the processes that help us attract, onboard and assist employeesacross our organisation.
About the Role
The People & Culture Administrator plays a key supportrole within the People & Culture team, helping ensure employee lifecycleprocesses are delivered accurately, efficiently and with a strong focus onconfidentiality.
You will coordinate People & Culture administration,including recruitment and onboarding support, employee record maintenance, HRISupdates, compliance and probity checks, inbox triage, routine reporting, andsupport for audits, data integrity, and operational improvement projects.
Working within a professional and supportive team, this part time fixed-term position (until July ****) offers flexible working arrangements of up to 25 hours per week to be worked across four or five days.
About You
You are a highly organised and detail-focused administratorwho takes pride in delivering accurate and efficient support through task-basedwork.
Confident managing competing priorities, deadlines, and follow-upactions,



you can work both independently and collaboratively while engagingprofessionally with stakeholders across the business.
You will bringstrong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgement, and acommitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling personal and employeeinformation.
Experience across HR, payroll, recruitment, compliance, andworkforce management systems would be highly regarded; however we are open tosomeone with strong Microsoft Office experience, and an aptitude forlearning new systems.
You will hold, or be currently studying towards, aqualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
Thisrole may suit a HR student with strong administrative experience, or someonereturning to the workforce who is confident working with systems, has a strongeye for detail, and is motivated to contribute to a professional People &Culture; function.
