About the role
n
As our new Field Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving top‐line growth and geographic expansion for our home care services across Australia. Field sales are the final touchpoint customers have with our brand before determining if they'll sign up. Our marketing team generates the prospect, inside sales schedules the meeting, and the field sales closes the deal.

In your first 1‐2 months on the job, you'll work as an individual contributor doing field sales. You'll visit prospective clients in their homes, learn about our company and the aged care industry, and collaborate with marketing, inside sales,



and care teams. Once you're comfortable, you'll then transition to building out a field sales team from scratch and hiring field sales reps whom you'll manage and develop, starting initially in NSW and then eventually expanding to other states.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales management experience
n
Experience leading teams remotely in a distributed work workplace
n
Deep understanding of buyer psychology
n
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
n

Responsibilities

Develop, train, coach, and motivate a national field sales team
n
Establish processes to optimize the team's performance with a focus on signup conversions from booked meetings
n
Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to operationalize our sales efforts
n
Research industry regulations and trends so you are up‐to‐date on aged care and understand The CareSide's value propositions
n
