About the Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering social infrastructure particularly across seniors living, aged care, and housing in our Sydney office.
This is your chance to lead high-impact projects from concept through to completion, working alongside developers, operators, designers and government stakeholders to deliver outcomes that genuinely change lives.
You'll be part of a tight-knit, ambitious team that values quality over quantity, builds long-term client partnerships, and supports each other to grow.
What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end project management of seniors living, aged care, and/or social and affordable housing projects
Manage time, cost, quality, risk and stakeholder outcomes across multiple concurrent projects
Develop and oversee project plans, programs, budgets, and procurement strategies
Work closely with clients,



designers, contractors and consultants as the trusted Planix lead
Mentor junior team members and contribute to continue Planix's reputation as the partner of choice in social infrastructure
Identify and pursue recent opportunities to grow our presence in nationally
What We're Looking For
8+ years' project management experience in the construction or development industry
Demonstrated experience delivering social infrastructure projects particularly across seniors living, aged care, retirement villages, and/or social or affordable housing
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to lead procurement, manage budgets, and identify risks early
Excellent stakeholder management skills comfortable working across public sector, not-for-profit and private clients
Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, architecture or related discipline
A genuine passion for delivering projects that have lasting community impact
