We are currently seeking aMandarin-speaking HR Consultantto join our Sydney team ona max-term contract to cover a period of parental leave from mid-September **** to 30 June ****.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR qualified who enjoys working in a fast-paced consulting environment, partnering with local and international clients, and delivering practical HR and recruitment solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
As an HR Consultant, you will support a portfolio of clients across:
HR advisory and employee relations matters
Employment contracts, policies and HR documentation
HR compliance and Fair Work-related obligations
End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
Employer of Record (EOR) employee management




Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
Immigration and workforce mobility coordination
Workforce planning and organisational development initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Fluent written and verbal communication skills inMandarin and English
Previous experience in Human Resources, HR Consulting or Recruitment
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong client relationships
